The first SHESA Presidential Summit was convened by the President General and Executive Leadership under the theme "Strengthening SHESA Unity through Strategic Governance, Digital Transformation, and Global Batch Integration."
Representatives from 26 batches and 10 branches sat with six Past Presidents General, adviser members and branch presidents for a full day of deliberation on governance, membership, finance and the Association's future direction.
The Summit adopted the SHESA Strategic Plan (2026–2030), received the SHESA Connect digital platform, agreed a framework for integrating batches into the SHESA structure, and forwarded seven policy recommendations to the General Assembly — among them a Global Governing Council and a Permanent Secretariat based in Cameroon.
